Our experience and practice of more than 15 years and our continuous postgraduate studies and trainings make us capable to meet even today\u2019s latest challenges.<\/p>\n<p>By representing both <strong>agencies<\/strong> and <strong>advertisers<\/strong> we are heavily skilled in drafting and reviewing <strong>advertising agency agreements<\/strong>, contracts between the <strong>advertising agencies<\/strong> and the <strong>media owners<\/strong> (<strong>TV<\/strong>, <strong>radio<\/strong>, <strong>offline<\/strong> and <strong>online press<\/strong>, <strong>outdoor media<\/strong>), contracts concluded with the <strong>production companies<\/strong>,<strong> casting <\/strong>and<strong> model agencies\u00a0<\/strong>taking part in the ad production processes.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> rightful use of works protected by <a href=\"https:\/\/panszky.hu\/en\/practice-areas\/intellectual-property\/\">copyrights<\/a><\/strong> in advertisements is highly important. We are of great help to our Clients in locating either national or foreign<strong> right holders<\/strong> of <strong>footages<\/strong>,<strong> photographs<\/strong>,<strong> music<\/strong> and other works of art to seek their permission. We also negotiate the terms and conditions and formulate or review the contracts between the parties on the agreed <strong>rights of use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We successfully represent the Hungarian subsidiaries of one of the World\u2019s four largest <strong>advertising holding companies<\/strong> on a <strong>regular basis<\/strong>: local <strong>ATL<\/strong>,<strong> BTL<\/strong>,<strong> offline<\/strong> and <strong>online <\/strong>(<strong>digital<\/strong>)<strong> media agencies<\/strong>, including a <strong>leading media buying group<\/strong> in Hungary. Furthermore, so-called <strong>TTL-agencies<\/strong> providing <strong>integrated services<\/strong> (one of them the largest international agency in the domestic advertising market and another the biggest independent Hungarian agency) are also among our Clients, and a numerous <strong>production <\/strong>and <strong>event management companies<\/strong>,<strong> design<\/strong> and <strong>graphic studios<\/strong> too.<\/p>\n<p>We are proud to say that we took part in the law-making process of the <strong>Advertising Act<\/strong> and the relating rules of law through <strong>professional organizations<\/strong>, representing the interests of the <strong>advertising <\/strong>and <strong>media agencies<\/strong>. With our active <strong>presence in professional forums<\/strong>, by having <strong>colloquys<\/strong>, <strong>discussions<\/strong> and <strong>sharing experiences\u00a0<\/strong>with\u00a0the authorities we promote <strong>effective jurisdiction<\/strong> and contribute to efficient <strong>professional self-regulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we have good relations with the <strong>special authorities<\/strong> (e.g. NFH &#8211; Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection, NMHH &#8211; National Media and Infocommunications Authority, SZTNH &#8211; Hungarian Intellectual Property Office) <strong>professional organizations<\/strong> and <strong>societies for the collective administration of copyrights and related rights<\/strong> (e.g. MAKSZ, DIMSZ, MMSZ, Artisjus, Filmjus), we are members of the <strong>Hungarian Advertising Association<\/strong> (MRSZ), <strong>IAB Hungary<\/strong> (the national representative of the international Interactive Advertising Bureau), and the <strong>Advertising Self Regulatory Board<\/strong> (\u00d6RT).
