The set of economic actions announced on 26 March, 2020 has extended the scope of business activities upon which tax allowances are granted. Accordingly, the enterprises pursuing any of the following activities as their main business activity are relieved of the social contribution, the vocational contribution, the rehabilitation contribution advance, and they shall pay a reduced amount of health insurance contribution (HUF 7,710) after employees, sole entrepreneurs and corporate bodies. These additional business activities are the following:<\/p>\n

– travel agency, tour operator and other reservation service and related activities (NACE\/TEA\u0301OR andTESZOR 79),
\n– physical well-being activities (NACE\/TEA\u0301OR and TESZOR 96.04) (if the enterprise meets the rules of the Decree no. 37\/1996. (X. 18.) of the Ministry of Public Welfare on public health conditions for the establishment and operation of public baths),
\n– inland passenger water transport (NACE\/TEA\u0301OR and TESZOR 50.30).<\/p>\n

The curfew restriction, which has been announced this morning, does not prohibit the people to go to work. In order to ensure that the employees can attend to work unhindered, we strongly recommend employers to issue a relevant employer certificate to be shown to the representatives of authorities upon request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
