{"id":4335,"date":"2023-05-16T14:46:43","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T12:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/panszky.hu\/?p=4335"},"modified":"2023-05-16T14:46:43","modified_gmt":"2023-05-16T12:46:43","slug":"the-e-registry-of-real-estate-to-be-introduced-at-the-land-registry-offices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/panszky.hu\/en\/the-e-registry-of-real-estate-to-be-introduced-at-the-land-registry-offices\/","title":{"rendered":"The E-Registry of Real Estate to be introduced at the land registry offices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Government has decided to implement the E-Registry of Real Estate project, which aims to develop the real estate register into an electronic database<\/strong>, given that in the more than 20 years since the entry into force of Act CXLI of 1997 on the Real Estate Register, significant social and economic changes have occurred that place new demands on legal regulation and electronic administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The E-Registry of Real Estate system will convert the real estate registration procedures into electronic procedures<\/strong>, reducing the time and cost of the land registry procedures and increasing legal certainty.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel with the technical development work, <strong>the Parliament adopted Act C of 2021 on the Real Estate Registry<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as \u201cInytv.\u201d), which <strong>will enter into force on 1 February 2024<\/strong>. The detailed rules for keeping the land register are set out in the draft government decree on the implementation of the Inytv.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation decree to the Inytv. specifies, among other things, what type of data of the real estate are registered, the agricultural and non-agricultural areas, lists the rights and facts that may be entered in the land register, determines the content of the title deeds, the types of title deeds that can be issued (inspection, complete copy, transaction related title deed) and their content, determines the rules for the registration of certain rights and facts, the documents required for the registration and the requirements for their form and content, and the rules of the land registry procedure.
