The deadline for the election of an Occupational Safety Representative is approaching

As we have noted in our recent newsletter, in accordance with the amendment of Act XCIII of 1993 effective as of July 8, 2016, employers with a workforce of 20 people or more must elect an Occupational Safety Representative (OSR). Companies who failed to elect an OSR up to now, must arrange for elections by not later than January 8, 2017.
