Government Decree no. 86/2016 (IV. 25.) entered into force on 26 April 2016, according to which linear transmission audiovisual service providers with significant influence (i.e. TV2 and RTL ), in terms of the most significant audience size shall be eligible for program fees. This shall be available through an agreement with the broadcaster, the content of which shall be freely drafted by the media service provider and the broadcaster, and as such, the fee shall have no upper (maximum) limit.
