Proposal on the amendment to certain tax acts

The Ministry for National Economy submitted a proposal on 3 May 2016 to amend certain tax acts and other related legislation, including proposed amendments to Act CXXII of 2010 on the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NAV) – including Act XXII of 2014 on Advertisement Tax (“ATA”), as well as amendments to Act CIII of 2011 on Public Health Product Tax (“PHPT”).
